Exchange Policy (No Return Policy)

At Bluaway, all products are carefully checked before dispatch.

Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference such as not liking the product, color, style, or ordering the wrong size.

Please review product details and the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Exchange

(Only for Genuine Issues)

We only allow exchange if:

• Wrong item sent by Bluaway
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

• Must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

After verification, exchange will be approved.

Exchange Shipping Charge

• A flat Rs. 300 exchange shipping fee will be charged.
• If the mistake is from Bluaway, we will still process the exchange, but the Rs. 300 logistics fee applies.

No Return Policy

We strictly do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Not liking the product after delivery
• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Personal preference issues
